Work style renovation with BPM

As an approach of BPM, As-Is and Small-start are effective. Current business operations are implemented in BPM with minimal unit for improvement and started. Then while circulating PDCA, by carrying out business improvement and extending the scope of applying them, overall efficiency would be attempted in step-wise and reliable manner.

By starting small, issues and business efficiency in the field would be improved little by little, and at the same time some mechanism would be created in which field staff should be accustomed to business improvement and BPM.
